Kyoketsu Shoge Basics

The kyoketsu-shoge is an exotic ninja weapon double-edged blade, with another curved blade attached near the hilt at a 45–60-degree angle. This blade is attached to 10 to 18 feet of rope, chain, and even sometimes hair.  

The kyoketsu-shoge has a wide range of uses including pulling slashes as well as thrusting stabs.

In this course, we cover striking, grappling, and using the distance available with this weapon.
