Amazing. Very detailed instruction.
It was a good film but you should have included more techniques and a little less repetition of the techniques. It should have been with kuji kiri or kuji in. execution. It is included with history of art of taijutsu
Instructions are detailed and easy to follow! I think it’d be difficult for anyone who trains at least three days a week to not get better!
